Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all deliveries by kaleidoskopwelt to consumers. A “consumer” is a natural person placing an order for purposes that are predominantly not related to either their trade, business or profession.

Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the “Pay Now” (“Zahlungspflichtig bestellen”) button you submit a binding order for the products listed on your order page. The purchase agreement is concluded upon receipt of the goods.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with statutory provisions. If you exercise your right of withdrawal under Section 4.1, you are obliged to bear the regular costs of returning the goods. For further details on your right of withdrawal, see our Cancellation Policy.
Packaging and Recycling
We cover the costs for disposal and recycling of transport and all other packaging in accordance with the German Packaging Act. Our registration number with the LUCID Packaging Register is DE2598141809141. Buyers bear no additional costs to dispose via the dual‑system.
Battery Disposal
If batteries or battery‑containing devices are supplied, we hereby point out your statutory duty as final user to return used batteries. Old batteries (sold as new by us) can be returned free of charge to our shipping warehouse. The crossed‑out wheelie bin symbol on batteries indicates that the battery must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries with the following symbols:
