Cancellation Policy


Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the delivery company), take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us (see Legal Notice / Imprint for contact details) by a clear statement — for example, a letter, email, or via our contact form — of your decision to cancel the contract. You may also use the provided sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the 14-day period expires.


Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option), promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period ends.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to compensate for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and function.


Exceptions

This cancellation right does not apply to individually produced or customised goods.


Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) for consumer disputes arising from online sales contracts: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr


We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
