Shipping & Payment

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Additionally, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order within Germany - but shipping is free for orders with a total value of €75 or more. If the order value falls below this threshold due to a partial return, the standard shipping fee will apply. The shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and on the checkout page.

Delivery

• All standard deliveries are carried out by DHL GoGreen.

• Delivery typically takes approximately 1-5 working days after payment has been received. If a product has a different delivery time, this will be indicated on the product page.

• For shipments to Switzerland, we recommend using MeinEinkauf.ch. They handle all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Amazon Pay

• Mollie

• PayPal

• Advance Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

Public institutions (e.g. kindergartens, schools, etc.) may order on invoice: simply choose “Prepayment” at checkout and enter the word “Invoice” in the comment field.

If you select Prepayment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation. The goods are dispatched after payment has been received.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
